photos from checkins today, average weight slightly up, highs of 84.3, after low days 82.5

food only went up mid week, so this is 4 days on higher calories, anabolics as above, will get feedback in a few days and see the plan, i think current food level is great for my body at the moment and we can get some more growth out of it for sure!

super excited, i know eventually we are going to up the gh a bit more as we arent really keen on pushing high dose anabolics, at least not yet.

zero tbh have been on for months at differing dosages with zero sides, wifes higher dose than me with zero sides

lower anabolic higher gh higher food - better bloods more longevity, at least for me :)

gh is a slow burn, coach and i prefer gh to high anabolic load, better bloods overall health at least for myself, each to their own for sure tho! :)

i was getting sick of chicken breast mince and swiched it out last week, so much easier to eat haha

everything as usual as of now weight slowly starting to titrate up on higher food, still lean so will be good to see how long we can push this :)

Hey lads, weight slowly going up, chesticus delticus pump from last night, attached my weights as well, good session but need to stop doing incline flies they fucked my shoulder again so gunna nurse it for a bit and let it heal,

pretty much all my meals are similar but im always just shoveling food hhaa, attached is one of the standard on the go meals 95/5 lean beef and jasmine rice,

rest of food is pretty much all whole food, oats, apples, bananas, sultanas, sourdough, bagels, honey, peanut butter, walnuts, white rice, beef, chicken, whey, orange juice, i will try and take more photos but normaly i just smash the food down, hope yall well!
