@Oracle911 tightening upHey lads, weight slowly going up, chesticus delticus pump from last night, attached my weights as well, good session but need to stop doing incline flies they fucked my shoulder again so gunna nurse it for a bit and let it heal,
pretty much all my meals are similar but im always just shoveling food hhaa, attached is one of the standard on the go meals 95/5 lean beef and jasmine rice,
rest of food is pretty much all whole food, oats, apples, bananas, sultanas, sourdough, bagels, honey, peanut butter, walnuts, white rice, beef, chicken, whey, orange juice, i will try and take more photos but normaly i just smash the food down, hope yall well!
