appreciate you lad, will start adding them, i eat the same thing everyday pretty much, except i do work in sales so lots of lunches out, but i just eat smart and pick things to fit my numbers (lean meat and carb)

You're definitely gonna get good results on the stack. I'm hearing a lot of good things about retatrutide.

been on it for about 6 months now, has kept me leaner, most importantly keeps the food noise away, as i used to be a massive binger

curious to see how you do on SLP-PP.

Seems like a lot of people are using it now.

appreciate you lad, i started at 78kg after my diet, and now im 81/82kg after 8 weeks of growing but im even leaner haha, growing inside out, slow and steady, 90kg at same leanness by end of year would be amazing, thats some actual tissue

similar to what i used to run when i competed !

all work synergistically, thank god im very lean, no estro sides at all and anytime i push it up furhter just add a bit more eq

hopefully never, fucks my digestion, only benefit is i can use literally 100mg a week and get crazy results, so maybe later :P

thats my high days, training days 4 a week, low days are 2650 on rest days and 1 off meal a week depending how i feel (still tracked), aim is to get high days to above 5k calories while still being lean. follow along appreciate you lad
 
More PEDs than I'd use
fair, unfortunately i have been doing this off an on for a while, my body can handle alot, so this isnt much at all, also being very lean and having my daily cardio - diet etc all fully in line helps alot,:)

will keep up this whole offseason.

attached a bowl of slop aka meal 6 aka 300grams jamsine rice 100grams cooked minced chicken breast with sirracha (dont judge me) it tastes hektic haha.

Final bit had some words with some large lads and split is going to be changing, if im going to compete next year (maybe) and i need a shit tonne of size ill have to bring my legs up, they are good shape but need more mass, split will now be

Legs - Hams / Glute / calf

let me know what you lads think of my idea, as i need to grow my non existant glute muscles somehow haha and how you think my workout was.

@Oracle911 zero pain is perfect bro now easier to train and big pumps are a win
and sirracha that hot sauce is awesome lol I used it when bulking all the time so no hate ;) bro
 
Hi lads. Will be a few posts coming. Getting my nails done with the wife (super tuff) so figured would get my logging done :)

Here is my training from last nights pull session. Weights all solid. Shoulder better now so able to progress much faster. Very excited for this push.

Working on dropping doses and letting the food do the work. Will do bloods in 4 weeks to see how estro is with the test and eq and go from there. Food update coming next post

2 rear shots from todays checkin current weight 82.45kg. Up from 78 starting 8 weeks ago and leaner.

If anyone has tips on how to pose my rear double properly please let me know as I know it’s not opening properly. Especially when you see the lats on the rear lat

Hi Lads,

Starting a new log while posting the good news, log goal is still the same, to spend this entire year putting on lean tissue to look like a bodybuilder by 2026.

New annoucement is that am now moving all products over to @Liquid Gold Labs as they are now my official log sponser, Just wanted to say thank you to both @Liquid Gold Labs and @AE1079 for all the support and the assistance and am super excited to be moving forward with some incredible products.

Compounds should stay the same for the year, doses will change based on timing, cruise etc, will be using: Test 400 / Mast 250 / Eq 400 & HGH,

Current Dosages are:
800 Test E
500 Mast E
200 EQ
5iu GH ed pre bed

Non LGL products being used:
Retatrutide 1.5mg per week
SLUPP332 500mcg to 1mg per day
Lantus 15iu per high day

Current Caloric Breakdown - Starting Weight 8 weeks prior start of original growth phase was 80.3 Average - start of this week 80.9kg average, with more muscle and less bodyfat.

Today is a rest day, have physio for my shoulder which is almost at 100 percent now thank god, tomorrow will be Push,

Currently waiting for a package for the remainder of my stack :) have already pinned the 250mg mast and was impressed at how smooth it went in, was very nervous as generally in the past high concentration if not made correctly can hurt like shit, and have been running 5iu pre bed since monday, hands are tight, body fat is low, sleep has been good, will keep updating as the weeks go by,

Also attached a shot took last night from my kitchen pre bed, food has only just gone up, this was at the end of 3850 calories, post leg day, food all being shuttled to the right spots and seeing how lean I still am, lots and lots of room to be able to push up the food, need a tonne of mass this year so please follow along!

Okay lads, sorry it took longer my nails finished and i needed to change my numbers on a computer, another thank you to @AE1079 helping me change my foods around, new gear and diet as below:

Basically reduced carbs and removed lantus then added in some fats on both days to get the carbs to stick and to get the tissue to stick. focus is using the test to convert estro to then let the IGF1 from the gh work its magic, and special thanks to @Liquid Gold Labs and his high concentration smooth injectables changing my gear to 400 test and 400 eq (1ml of each per week) lets me save up to be able to run higher gh,

will continue at 5iu but eventually will up to 6 or 8 iu down the line, giving me a lot of leeway with dosages, which when abused are what fuck your bloodwork and health in the long run, gh is much less violent on markers and health :)

Steps will stay at 10k minimum per day (i average a lot more as i enjoy them)

Another change that i have made is Training wise, as I need to split my legs into 2 days and focus on putting on some serious tissue (largely in glutes)

will keep all this up for 4 weeks and then check my estro to see how it holds the 400 test and eq, if estro is crushed will up test, if it is perfect or high will increase EQ, keen as a bean please all follow along :)
