Another Hams / Glutes session last night, strength was a bit down, still managed to have a great workout and got a decent pump, overall body is a bit tired but as we know im thinking this is low estro, once we get in range will be full speed ahead
worst case i have some old dbol on hand i can run until back to normal haha,
Session attached, as this is my second week doing this split am getting in the groove of exercises i like and will keep them in and progress up weekly
simple checkin, be back tomorrow with estro results and pull day overview from tonight,
