as my shoulder can be a bit hit and miss, my chest trianing is majority machine, and honestly... its grown from it haha

OOOP BUSTED (rich piana voice with a cookie) this past week i have been doing mostly steps and been lacking on the cardio, 1 because of estrogen . 2 because im excited for new plan, but once updated will keep all in the loop! thanks for following along :)

so i got lucky on friday has a nice easy arm session, but my wife decided to come to the gym with me as she has didnt have work, so i took advantage and she used her amazing camera skills to get some shots of me in the posing room after training,

last time i took photos like this was maybe over a year ago and i was around 76kg and not this lean, I am now 82kg and much leaner (i think) with better balance, have a long offseason ahead with @AE1079 where we are going to aim to add as much lean tissue to my frame as we can without growin the waist or getting fat,

I am proud as the past 10 weeks of this blast (tracked on evo) i have done myself started at 79/80ish and now im 2kg heavier whilst being leaner so very happy i was able to do that,

also PEDs as of this photo being taken are literally baby doses so im very happy health will be top priorty, all everything @Liquid Gold Labs

Hey everyone,

Body is finally coming back to life, estrogen definately coming back into range, blood pressure consistently around 125/65 (still bit high, nromally around 115/65) but thats just my levels coming back, body not hurting as much, did a push session last night got a crazy pump, cut it bit short due to shoulder but could still be residual stuffed joints from the estro.

should be back to 100% early next week to start my new split, will advise once all updated :)

Workout attached below, today will hit arms nice and easy get some blood flow and let everything start to get back to full capacity,

2kg of muscle in 10 weeks whilst leaning out is solid work brother - I would say your dosages are definitely on the lower side too which makes this even more impressive!

I like that you're prioritising health too - good to see.

thank you sir! very much appreciate your assistance, big things coming as im sure you know ;) i think total dosages now are under 900mg, and i started at 1.5g haha good gear helps alot!

Extras: Kaizen (@Driven-Nutrition) 1ml Morning on training days or when feel like it, Superdrive 1ml Pre Training.

Food Similar to prior as its what works for me, carb cycling.

250 mast
200 EQ

this may change as i thought eq may have crushed e2 again but think i may have just been stressed, work hsa been chaos as of late.

believe it or not, barely, i do do shoulder band work every day that my physio got me to do, and with the extra food and the gh i feel that it is helping it much quicker, as well as that though once estro came back to normal my joints were MUCH less pained have a good update for youcoming though :P
 
Legs last night :) first session from coach, absolutely wrecked me haha was a good time though felt good to get the blood pumped into legs,

bodyweight stuff incorporated was really nice let me connect more with my legs,

Update on gear, unfortunately EQ just wasnt for me, was too hard to gauge the ups and downs with the estro,

the lucky thing is that the transition to coach, both the diet and training are 100 percent perfect for me and have no issue, a little teething with gear is least of my issues haha,

new stack from next week will be nice and simple to start

400 test e
400 mast e
GH 5iu (never comes out)

from there in the coming weeks months i think we will start to incorporate primo to get a bit of anti e as well, but as of now we just want to push up the food while keeping me lean and start putting onsome lean tissue, around 3-5 solid KGs of mass is the goal for this offseason, wihtout having to push high dosages and staying healthy :)
