I love to make chicken wings in the air fryer and they taste great the next day as well
 
Never heard of a Power Pull. Is this what everyone calls a Rack Pull?
I think so it's like a dead lift frim a lifted position half range but fully engaged throughout the reps
Sorry I'm hopeless with named
