Let me just say, though, you had an amazing New Year's Eve workout.
 
Great job this week with the training.

Those seated rows are excellent for the back.
 
Leg lifts and cardio Cross-trainer are perfect.
I love the shoulder press dumbbells.
 
Very nice on the machine, going all the way to the bottom.
You're running out of weights to do, you're getting so strong.
