Hey everyone
I’ve been training on and off for the past 7-8 years. At my biggest I was 198lbs and lowest 117lbs. I’m 5’2” 33 year old female currently sitting at 155lbs 25-30% body fat. I currently go to the gym 5x a week minimum. I’ve run anavar many times before but I am looking to gain more muscle mass and cut fat. Because I’m not familiar with other sarms I’m unsure of what to do and looking for some guidance/tips.
