GW501516 Log (Second Time Taking)

Hey guys I have started a GW501516 cycle today for 12 weeks and I will attempt to make it as detailed as possible. I currently weigh 167.5 pounds and I'm roughly 17 or 18(at the most 20) percent body fat. I will be taking my GW first thing in the morning every single day at 20mg. I will be doing 40 minutes of cardio mostly higher intensity with high resistance. I also will be doing about an hour a day worth of weights. I do my cardio pre and post workout splitting it into 20 minutes increments to work as hard as possible. If the GW works the way it did a year ago for me I will be able to make my cardio about one hour. My diet includes lots of carbs and protein and a lower fat content. I plan on adding an eca stack and possibly albuterol to my "supplement" stack after about one month and only taking it pre workout. I will also include a log of my workout every to keep everything on track. This time I do a log I will attempt to update every day because I am hoping for rapid changes like I had before.

Cardio: 20 minutes 300 calories burned
Incline Dumbbell Press: 20, 12, 12, 12
Pec Deck: 25, 15, 15, 15, 25
Hammer Strength Decline Bench Press: 25, 12, 10, 15
Incline Dumbbell Fly: 12,12,12
Rope Triceps Push-down: 25, 25, 25
Straight Bar Triceps Push-down: 15, 15, 15
Reverse Grip Straight Bar Triceps Push-down: 15, 15, 15
 
Overall your plan looks really good. You seem really determined and I can tell you are going to have an awesome transformation.

Diet - I like your diet. I am a high protein, high carb low fat diet guy myself as well. I would suggest implementing carb cycling though. Training - are you taking any off days? You didn't mention that. I would recommend taking at least one day off per week. Even most pro bodybuilders only train 5-6 days per week. Remember that you are actually break down muscles in the gym when you are training. It's when you rest and recover that they grow and repair.

ECA - I am not a big stimulant fan. They are fine in moderation but they raise cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue if abused. I would only use the ECA stack a few days per week so your body doesn't become dependent on it. I personally would replace the ECA stack with the new lipofit fat burner from n2bm.com. It's got an awesome formula that isn't loaded with stimulants.
 
My diet is vegan due to my own inability to eat meat (it sadly makes me physically ill) so carb cycling is a bit difficult unless all im doing to eat is tofu which would be terrible for my estrogen levels. In terms of taking days off i listen to my body if i feel like I need the day off I take it off. I've been training off and on since i was 12 and seriously since I was 16 years old and it has worked for me in the past, but thank you very much for your input. I may wait on the eca stack for a while. Thank you for your input

What about fish, dairy and eggs?
 
i agree with the advice above..

i will tell you this.. at only 160 some pounds and with as much body fat as you have being a male (I am presuming) it is going to boil down to CONSISTENCY cause right now you do not have much muscle on your frame.. the problem is muscle takes time to develop. the fat loss will be excellent if you follow through with your goals, but i won't lie to you and say your muscle gain will take quite a while since you are a vegan (it can be done, but being a vegan makes it HARDER) and because you don't have any base in the first place

the reason i say this is most people quit cause they don't get fast results. you got to put in the hours here and remember this is a marathon and not a sprint!
 
The plan looks really good to me. That is quite a bit of training and cardio so with a good diet you should see the results. I love Cardarine and don't mind you adding the EC stack just pre workout. I would never exceed 2 doses. Guys that take 3 doses end up having issues sleeping. I wouldn't bother with the albuterol. It seems like overkill and will only add side effects. If you wanted to add something else then either add SR-9009 or N2Slin. Those would be better options.

Thanks for the advice I am going to stay as consistent as I possibly can I am merely 5'7" tall so im not a very big guy.
 
Today my workout was absolutely crazy I went harder than I have in quiet a while. I don't know if the GW was working but I was able to put more reps into the same amount of weight that I did about 5 or 6 days ago. I felt that during my cardio sessions that I was able to do much more in the same amount of time.

Cardio: 20 minutes 225 calories burned
 
I took yesterday off thus no post; however I really needed it I was more sore than I have been in a long time. I did shoulders today and recovery was great. I also was able to push myself while doing cardio not really getting tired but feeling slightly hypo by the end of post workout cardio. The GW501516 is really kicking in. Between sets I am able to spend less time without feeling any pain.

Today was leg day and I can totally feel the effects at this point I feel like what I got this time was much more potent. Doing Cardio has gotten so easy that I loose track of time and enjoy it and I rarely get sore from it. Today was legs and I was able to do more volume without the pain of the pump. I am not enjoying the hypo feeling I get when I haven't eaten every 2.5 3 hours, but it keeps me on track eating wise. Overall this compound is just great.

Its been 6 total days now and I can definitely see it working i took a progress picture from about 4 weeks ago to now and I look so much better. I have rounder muscle bellies, more defined muscles, and my fat is melting away. I will continue to post at this point every couple of days I am still doing cardio 20 minutes 2x a day and I have added an exercise per large muscle group. I really am liking the cycle. I am going to add some yohimflame in order to loose fat in my problem areas(lower chest, and hips(worst place to store fat)). I would assume I am coming down towards more of a 15% bodyfat and my cardio sessions are getting absolutely ridiculous I feel like superman.

I do and I will post a new one every month that I'm on GW to show a more rapid loss of fat... I do one weekly just for myself to judge progress.
 
So in the past two days it has been absolutely crazy. I have ran faster than I ever have on the elliptical. I'm doing a level 7 which is a hard with the ones we have at our gym. Its been great I am able to do my workouts faster and feel less and less pain in between sets. I did legs and am barely sore the next day thank god. I love the GW and i feel that this time I am working harder and that it is working a ton better. I have added an exercise per main bodypart to keep my training intense!

I have to travel for thanksgiving to see family and I was wondering if anyone knows if I can sneak my gw through the check bag in an airport. I have taken wine through customs, but I have never attempted to take a research chem. Other than that its be great and the results are amazing.

Thanks for the advice I was planning on bringing it in my carry on anyway! I had another great couple days of workouts today and I can totally feel and even see the GW working. Its amazing and my arms shoulders and traps are getting really lean?!

I have been going harder and harder on my workouts adding one exercise to my main body part and using yohimflame. I am starting to be able to see cuts that were not there beforehand. I am 161.5 pounds post workout as of sunday and I lost a bit of water from my workout so I would say I am somewhere around 163.5 which is great. I have lost lots of body fat but my muscle mass seems to go up because I am putting more weight on the bar and dumbbells getting more reps, and I look fuller. I think that maybe in a month or so I will be as lean as I want in about a month to a month an a half. Which means I will have about a bottle and a half left which I will use to eat more food and attempt to keep my body fat low while gaining muscle.

I have also been thinking of trying mk677 for about 3 or 4 months. Is that long enough to see results? Also are there any tips to keep the water retention down so I don't look bloated.

It's best to use nutrobal (MK677) for 12-16 weeks with 4 week breaks inbetween so 3 or 4 months would be a good cycle length.

Honestly, that whole 'water retention' thing from HGH/nutrobal is over blown. It will make you retain water but it will be INTRA-cellular water, NOT EXTRA-cellular water. It will make your muscles look rounder and fuller. It won't blur definition or anything like that.

Ever notice how pro bodybuilders have that almost 3D look to their muscles? GH causes that effect.
 
You are really having some nice results man. Keep it up. As for the nutrobal, if you experience any water retention it is gone within a couple weeks. Nothing to worry about. You may experience an increase in hunger so just be cautious of that if you are trying to stay lean.

You can always add in mk677, 3-6 months is the optimal timing to say the least.

As for the water retention, you need to check your sodium balance and not over-do it with salty foods
 
So everything has been going very well for my workouts my strength has actually gone up because of the GW. Ive added 10 pounds to almost every single exercise. I am going on vacation for 7 days starting tomorrow so I will be unable to go to the gym, but I will remain active by doing some pushups and sit-ups and going for about a 3 mile walk with my dogs at least 2x a day. I'm gonna stuff the GW in my checked bagged and I've read that its a very safe way to do it. Ive taken GW and eaten like shit and not gained any weight so im hoping by remaining active throughout the 7 days of my vacation I will be able to maybe loose a pound but at least not gain one. Hopefully I can eat pretty well on my vacation.
 
edit I will not be taking the GW with me ik i probably wont get checked but i always have the worst luck with my bags
 
I was unable to mail it to myself because I was staying at a family friends house; however I did fasted cardio about an hour every single day and had lots of movement and tried not to binge. I am taking some gw tomorrow in the morning and then im going back full throttle. I am thinking about doing 30 minutes of cardio every night before bed just to add to the fat loss because I want to have some gw left to bulk. Sadly my gym doesn't open again until Monday so i will doing seom pushups and sit-ups as well as cardio to keep my weight down for the two days.
 
So I actually lost a pound while on vacation even while eating like shit which was a god send. I have restarted the use of GW and i feel amazing during my workout it is becoming easier to do cardio again and I am getting visibly leaner. I also am feeling fuller which is probably due to the vacation as well as the GW.

Last night I had my first cheat meal other than my vacation in about a weak and had a killer pump like mind blowing. I went to the gym after and just loved that cheat pump. The only thing I had that was cheating was half a quesadilla and half a brownie. I think I need to start adding more carbs into my diet particularly fast acting because I have not been getting pumps like that since adding the gw. My body just loves the fast acting carbs rather than the slow carbs so I'm going to add more into my diet for my pumps sake. I will weigh myself tomorrow and update you all. Overall GW is helping me kill my cardio even when my legs are sore!
