Gyno Controversy

Alright, so I have been hearing a ton of different things about this and was curious about all your experiences.

They say that once you have gyno that you have it for life. No amount of Arimidex, clomid or any other medication will reverse what has happened to your body. I have also heard that people that have gotten gyno, have in fact gotten rid of it completely. So, can you reverse the damage that's been done, or can't you?

total broscience....don't listen to that bro... i guarantee you anti gyno protocols work bro...i had 2 nasty gyno bouts fixed with letrozole and nolvadex....

If you let it go too long you will most likely have to get surgery to remove it. There are ways to reduce it completely if you catch it in the early stages. Just my 2 cents

I've never been susceptible to gyno myself. I've bad one friend who's had surgery and has successfully kept it off and have known others who have combatted it using different protocols.

I was looking at videos online of some pretty experienced guys saying that there's no way to get rid of it once you get it so I was just curious. I'm thinking about getting the gland removed from my chest so I never have to worry about it again haha

True but some studies show that taking any aas that can stimulate estrogen will cause it to return. The best way to avoid it is to run bloods, take proper steps to keep your E low and listen to your body! Good luck, there is alot to learn my man

Probably because the "pretty experienced guys" are all taking 5g+ per week of test plus whodafuq knows what else and also never come off cycle. Don't trust video bros on the interwebs.

You can get rid of gyno by getting your hormones back in balance. That means arimadex to avoid it n the first place, Nolva to get rid of it once it starts or coming off all 'roids and doing a decent PCT to get back into the normal zone.

Professional bodybuilders (not many of those) or serious amateurs often have the glands removed by surgery. Some guys are more susceptible to gyno than others. Dave Palumbo (RX muscle) recommends to get it removed if you are having ongoing issues.

the best way to cure gyno is not to get it in the first place

aromasin from day 1!!! ag guys has it and PM me for discounts

You can definitely get rid of it as GH stated.. Prevention is going to consist of running a strong AI such as Aromasin and not waiting till you have gyno to use a AI

It will be harder for some, but most of the time gyno is reversible. There are times that it can only be corrected with surgery if it gets bad enough, but most of the time it is absolutely reversible if caught in time

Even if you have it, wouldn't Arimidex, in theory, get rid of it? The medication is originally used for women with beast cancer to get rid of the tumors. (Lumps)

For life........yes. 100%.

But how big it is and if it's flaring up makes an enormous difference.

U can shrink it down to pretty much nothing but the glands will still be there. 35% of guys who go under the knife end up with some sort of rebound and it re develops.

An AI, Nolva or raloxifine and b6 or caber is what's needed to fight the good fight.

But please be aware, this a fight that needs an eye kept on it at all times.

EVO"s protocol is good and should knock out most guys, or reduce it as much as it's going to get without the knife.

it most certainly can be cleared but its dependent upon many factors... length of time, severity etc. but i have seen it cleared many times bro... its not a guarantee either way but it is most certainly treatable... if its not curable with treatment then surgery will most certainly do it for you

It depends on the severity and time of development. If you let a lump go 20 weeks it will be permanent and only the knife can fix that.

If caught early enough you can always use a protocol of letro, arimidex, nolva etc to start to shrink it down.

Regardless this can all be prevented with sensible cycling. Dont be blasting 2g of test and then hate yourself because you are bloated like a tick because your diet is shit and you dont do cardio and lift hard enough then you think Tren is the magic drug lets throw that in there ..... high e2 and bam high reacting progestins for total absolute gyno attack from hell.

Rant done.

that's not true from the experiences i've heard but i can't speak from personal experience because i've never had issues longer than a few days until i got it knocked out, thankfully.

What if you have naturally occurring gyno from when you went through puberty? I've had puffy nipples since I was like 14. Has anyone got rid of that or is surgery the only way if you had it that long? It's not that big of a deal cause is not really noticeable but I would love to get rid of it.

This is the same position im in. Im going to find out before to long as im going to run the protocol but would love to hear if anybody has had any personal experience with this
