gyno problems need letro source

Been cruising on 250 mg of test e a week for like a month or 2. I was blasting and cruising before its been like 5 months having some gyno pop up little lump under both nips trying to smash it with nolva until I can get some letro kinda fucked right now

I'm good on finding it but u have ever ran into this before I mean I've read up on a few prtocols to try for it but I'd rather hear one from somones that's had this problem first hand and beat it or at least made it go down n shrink a little

Nolva will likely work fine all by itself. You haven't given it enough time. If you keep up the course you should feel relief from the pain first, then the lump will slowly start to subside. You can lower the dose to 20mg once a day, once the pain starts to subside (you should be splitting your current 40mg dose). After the lump(s) has mostly disappeared you can lower dose to 10mg once a day for 3 more weeks or so. You should get your estradiol level checked sometime soon, and start an AI if it's over 30.

Letro in combination with nolva will speed the process up a little.

Great info here! Don't rush on the letro. Nolva can be quite effective if given adequate time(several studies support this).

Thanks yea I'll give it sometime wit the nolva pain already started to go away its not as sore to the touch anymore but ill nurse it with the nolva some more and see how it goes

Everyone reacts differently to androgens but 250 mg of Test E per week is a very small dose to be experiencing gyno.

I agree with CEO:

Yea 250 is really low for gyno but its part of the reason I dropped to 250 and started to cruise so 6 months ago I was running 600 mg of test e 300 deca for 2 and a half months then ran just test e at 600 for a month then ran tren a at 150 and test p at 300 for about a month and a half and it started to pop up around then and when I weaned the test p and test e together to try to keep blood levels even and this is when it started to make me worry so I dropped the test e down for my cruise... By no way do I think this was a perfect run but its what I did I was trying to add some mass then refine it

Well I have hcg and nolva and some arimidex but I'm not coming off of the test so I'm just tring to get this gyno in check in the mean time before spring
