I’ve been using ipamorelin 3 hours before I got to sleep. So I inject it around 7pm and go to bed around 10pm. My injection amount is 250mcg and I’m getting some good sleep quality and energy the next day but I feel like its not doing as much as it could. What do you think I can start adding to it in terms of sarms or peptides to give me more of an anti aging and help with fat loss?
