Haven’t cycled for 11 years, questions on genetic peak, maximizing gains from low doses, and need cycle plan help.

I'm currently 200 lbs, 5'11", with 14% body fat, aiming to compete in classic physique. 11 years ago, I reached 235 lbs at the same body fat using 850 mg of testosterone, 600mg masteron and it ended badly once I added in masteron with full blown cystic acne that took 3 years to resolve.

At 35, I'm planning to gradually increase my testosterone dosage, starting at 160 mg with 500 IU of hCG weekly, to control side effects like acne. I'm considering whether to wait 3-6 months to hit my natural limits first or begin my cycle now. I probably hit my natural limits one year ago naturally but my physique deteriorated a decent amount from last year.

I’m focusing on extracting maximum gains from lower dosages for long-term progress and side effect management. My goal is to look like an advanced classic physique competitor within a year or two or realistically as fast as possible while ensuring safety and long term happiness. I'm also wondering if muscle memory will help me regain my past size more quickly and whether it's worth delaying the cycle for a few months of natural progress. I'm working 70 hours a week now but plan to quit to focus on bodybuilding. Any advice on this approach would be helpful.

I’m educated on diet, training, drugs, and use to be a moderator on another forum a decade ago lol. Honestly I know this protocol seems weird, but I have to ensure I can control any acne that occurs, and the whole genetic peak thing I may be overthinking.
 
Hcg can cause a spike in estrogen and create acne I'm not sure if you knew that or not, I would ditch the hcg completely.

Hcg will directly stimulate estrogen production not a good idea brother.

I would hold off till u reach your potential as you spoke about in your post then run a cycle and maximize the benefits of a cycle.

I'd keep it simple Test only or Test/Decca with AI like aromasin. For classic you will need to put on a decent amount of size.

I would do Test E or C at 300mg & Decca at 300mg with Armosian at 10mg a week call it day.

Or if worried about acne you can do Test and Primo 300 test & 400-500 primo with small AI usage.

Those would be my suggestions.

Others might feel differently.

@Mad-Scientist welcome to the EVO family. To start off I would NOT quit your job to focus on bodybuilding as we dont know your level now even.
Its hard to judge yourself properly, you need a 3rd person perspective and we have many competitors in the EVO family such as @Pigsy @s.gentz @PrinceDaddy @Kindafitkindafat @Kurobigg so we can help you properly decide your goals and situation.

But to talk about genetics and cycles with you, we need to learn more about you and you need to share with us, how?
you need to start a NEW thread with your current LOG journal, diet training cardio sleep history and supps and more so we can guide you into more cycles and yours goals.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Lol okay I wasn’t expecting so much responses 😂. I will start a log soon and get good pictures, I was in really great shape about one year ago. Right now it’s been a tough year trying to get back in shape working around 65 hours a week. I just hit this point where I realized I never see friends, have only been able to work out a couple times a week, and that I just want to try to live life and be happy again.

I will start a log Journal soon gather the information necessary and put some effort into making it very detailed. Thank you everyone I appreciate the help and advice

I was a moderator on steroidology. They use to have a lot of very amazing members. Lol I was a moderator back when Boston Loyd first hit the scene… in like the 2013 era just before the crazy YouTube influencers became popular. I learned probably the most from a dude named Austinite on there who would post incredibly accurate articles he wrote complete with research source links and everything.

I tried to stay away from promoting any UGL’s or anything like that though because I never wanted to be in anyones cross hairs, over something not going right 😂😂😂
