Heartburn supplements?

is there such thing as a supplement that I can take to help with heartburn?
I've already tried taking apple cider vinegar and it just makes my problem worse
my other concern is what other damage I could be doing to my esophagus if I don't fix this

you need to learn about fasting. the supplement scammers out there hate fasting cause they can't make money off of it selling you anything lol. but that is the best solution for gut issues

Possible. Might be a food thing too. I also know of people for who it's a anxiety response

do fasting and keep your body light......eat 4-5 small meals instead of 2-3 big meals.....

Not sure I can tell you what to take but I would recommend trying to figure out what is causing it as a first step.
