heartburn with supplements

I started taking 8 supplements right now, bought some here and some from wal mart and man o man am I getting heart burn all the time, is this normal? starting to get sick of it.

I've had somewhat of the same thing before. I don't take many supplements now and haven't had any heartburn but i think it would depend on what all you're taking brother.

Yeah, that is the most reasonable thing to do. Drop one supp at a time, and see what changes take place. At least this way you will have a better chance of finding out the particular supp that's causing the problems.

i used to get heartburn when i tried taking 12 pills without water in the navy daily.

felt like a myriad of midget dicks pummeling my throat, luckily i had water and swallowed deeper and the problem subsided

What supplements are you taking? If a supplement is causing heart burn that is a red flag that your body is not responding well to it and you should discontinue your use of it.

I would stop all the supplements and introduce them back into your supplement regimen one at a time to see which one is causing the negative effects.
