Cialis can improve blood flow which can cause other sides

maybe switch to Viagra it has a shorter half-life
Have tested it at 50mg for a night didnt like it. Libido issues have resolved at this dose anyway, may just drop Cialis for now and keep stock for the next bulk.

Also when I mentioned hot flushes this was a period where my High E2 should have been clearing out and dropping, sides could be related to that.

Blood test will be taken out this week.
 
Few minor changes to keep training interesting.

Push day yesterday, matched previous intensity and added 10kg to seated dip to 130kg total. Pushed 7 sets out on cable flies inc/dec angles, got muscle soreness for the first time in a while.

Its 12 reps, the weight goes up if I hit 12. I record the last so I can gauge my fatigue.
One of those things theres million ways to skin a cat but as long as I can measure positive progress thats the goal.

Not really noticing any improvement. Only did 10 days of 20mg nolva so far. Going to do another 10 days Nolva with 6.25mg Aromasin on pin days.

If not gone its not going with just meds. It is what it is. Mentioned earlier I was suspicious it was long term not AAS related. 10% BF will confirm when I get there.

@heavyjudy up the tamoxifen to 60mgs ed and start using infrared lamps.
 
Update;

Trained decent this week, only managed to do 4 sessions from my PPL split plus MMA session with stretching, work was busy. Added a bit of weight to some lifts.

Average -500grams on the scale

Progress in line with goals.

Single dose of .625 (1/4 tab) Aromasin seems to have pulled my E2 down, first time Ive had a good deep sleep for nights in a row since cycle start.

Gyno seems less puffy, nipples are pointing down not outwards now, still holding some tissue/fat in a band across lower chest. Two days at 40mg Nolva, Will up to 60mg today try to speed up things. Want to get off it asap focus on the fat loss, cant be helping.

Dropping test dose another 50 down to 150PW. At some point expecting the training to be impacted and or acne to reduce, want to find out where that is.

At 200PW solo, have still been feeling strong just not superman anymore.

This week aim, keep pushing the training and nail down more fasted LISS cardio.

@heavyjudy you should be doing more nolvadex up it to 60mgs imo
and lets get some more info on training
