Yeah still staying active on top of training. Cardio wise;@heavyjudy thats a clean cycle test/mast i like how your training is going but im not seeing cardio you doing it?
-20-30min walking fasted in morning 2 - 3 times a week
-60min walking/bike/eliptical on a rest day once week
-Sauna once or twice a week
-I could count working days as low intensity steady state cardio
Do need to be more consitent with actual cardio sessions, main goal has been to maintain lean gains and scales are dropping.
