help with body inflammation and aches

I seem to get a lot of inflammation in my body and aches. I’m looking for something that can help.
What do you recommend when it comes to taking something to help with this?
I’m sure there’s some supplements that you can recommend for me. One of the things that I was told to use was glucosamine, but I’m not sure if that’s the best thing for someone who’s a power lifter.

I take tumeric tablets (curcumin) which are as effective for me as prescription anti-inflammatories without all the sides

Also add in some bpc-157

And 600mg magnesium glycinate everynighg

Increase water intake, I like coconut water aswell for the minerals

i would load up on tumeric for sure. you can also use it in your meals!

you can get good results on omega 3's.
you can take things like fish oil

look at magnesium. and get on a good multi vitamin

I get this as well. Like I was told, try eating nothing but red meat for like at least a month. Then add things back in, like rice. One thing at a time. Fruits and things. This works for A LOT of people. But it’s hard. If you drink coffee still you t get wicked cramps and be always chasing electrolytes and stuff.

The only other thing I can think of that really worked was when I tried 500mg of test per week. I only did it for one week, but I was absolutely feeling fantastic, I could eat anything, no inflammation. But you’re not going to want to do that forever.

Consider getting actual bloodwork that shows inflammatory markers. C Reactive Protein is one.

Also consider that of you really are having chronic systemic inflammation, that could have serious downstream health effects, so it’s good that you are trying to solve it, and that’s why I think getting actual bloodwork instead of guessing or possibly just making your issue.

I can’t stress enough how effective being carnivore was for me. I was prepared to do it forever, but apparently I didn’t need to. It just took time. I tried all the turmeric and circumin and every way of taking it. I’ve dated a couple women, one a naturopathic doctor, one has been a chef who worked with high end clients with very specific diets, another was a weight loss professional 🥴, and they all swore they could fix me and it WAS ALL BULLSHIT. Turmeric and every way of taking it did next to nothing for me and I was really in pain and IT SUCKED. Within really just two, but especially three days of eating just meat my joints felt like I was 17 again. Seriously.

Another commenter mentioned fasting, and I believe this will work too, in the same way, but I’m just not realistically able to do that because my activity level requires too much food or I’ll shrink like I’ve got cancer. And my condition was so poor that I just needed way too much time to fast it all away.

Another thing to think about: how’s your stomach? Can you eat like a raccoon or do you get IBS maybe? Gassy? Irregular dueces? That would lead me even more to think what I did would work for you. And if so I would think as another said, that bpc157 would be absolutely awesome for you.

I would love to see what you come up With and how it works! If you make it a log people will check up with you constantly and over footing it very helpful already

Fasting is his best option IMO.
