I need some help when it comes to reducing my kidney numbers
things seem to be out of whack and I don’t see it changing anytime soon
would like to see some improvements to my numbers but all so to my cardiovascular health
I’m definitely breathing heavy when I try to work out
with supplements do you recommend?

Cardio is something you need to do more of if your puffing out a lot.

Hydrate your self x2 the amount

Cranberry juice daily but again hydrate yourself.

high blood pressure will fk your kidneys so keep that also in check.
