An influx of DNP and clen threads are already popping up all over the boards. Or maybe var and winny or clen and t3 stacked together, choose your poison. Everyone and their uncle wants to start getting into shape before spring because they don't know how to eat right or keep weight off correctly during the course of the year. So what's the simple solution? Start throwing chemicals and steroids at your belly fat and mediocre lifting scheme while supplementing 4 protein shakes a day with it. Here's an idea...

1. Whatever your specific goals are, train hard year round and go into the Holliday season already in decent shape. Now you have some wiggle room to cheat in your diet and won't have such a hard time recovering from the holidays

2. Try to eat clean 80-90% of the time during your off season. I cheat quite often, but they're planned cheats and they taste a hell of a lot better knowing I earned them rather than constantly eating fast food throughout the week

3. If you like cutting back your cardio like I do during the off season, keep rest periods between sets in the gym at a minimum to keep your heart rate up. This really helps with keeping weight off, so stop messing around at the gym and do what you went there to do

4. If you can't keep your bodyfat under control with diet and training alone, how the hell can you not expect your fat to rebound after you drop whatever chemicals you're ingesting? This especially includes t3, clen, and that other poison which we dont discuss

5. If you're a weekend warrior who drinks year round and then thinks they're going to touch any of these compounds, please grow up. Research chems and steroids are for committed athletes who are health conscious, not for the person who doesn't want to put the blood and sweat into getting in shape.

GW is just about the only fat burner out there that isn't complete poison, and it may actually motivate you to workout harder because of the increased endurance aspect of it. I can say the same about SARMS. But I must say, it's pointless running anything if you're going to go through the same cycle year after year of letting yourself go then trying to rebound every spring.

Shit wills stain your carpet.. and you want to put it in your body? People don't even know the process in which it works, but they know you can lose fat with it.

Trying to take shortcuts with chemicals instead of diet is nothing new, but using things like DNP is just nuts
