HGH increases IGF-1 regardless of diet, right?

If I were you I would buy IGF-1 LR3 from umbrella labs. That shit is strong as fuck. Its way stronger and cheaper than HGH. I had an incredible run with it going 4 weeks on 2 weeks off. Taken after lifting sessions only. Basically 3-4 days per week. Then again I was stacking it with HGH so it was a best of both worlds. I definitely would stack it in though and you could even lower your HGH dose down to 2IU while on IGF-1. Some people even go off HGH completely while on IGF-1.

Currently, I'm on 4 units of HGH a day, and I'm wondering if this significantly increases IGF-1, even if my diet is not optimal for IGF-1.

how about you tell us WHY you want to use hgh or igf1?

And why are you using GH never mind at 4ius a day?

It's actually 5 units a day, I increased the dose.

This is not a very high dose and is supposed to keep HGH at upper range of the reference range or just slightly elevated beyond it.

The current diet is a crap diet. I stopped training seriously recently, and now I'm training only 1 or 2 times a week just to keep the muscles. I see there is no muscle mass loss.

I haven't discontinued the perma blast 300 mg T a week and I'm still on it.
