HGH Log (first cycle, experiencing some annoying side effects.)

I try to write this as good as i can. I am not the best at english + i feel a bit dizzy atm. Havin a little bit of hard time to sit infront of a computerscreen right now, it makes me feel a bit nauseous (not normal for me).

I just started a low dose of HGH. Its my first cycle. I been on 1 IU ED for almost a week now. A couple days in cycle i started to experience som side effects. After injection i feel dizzy, slighly loss of consciousness, a little bit tired mentally and physically. I feel anxiety and my responsiveness is a little bit worse than it used to be.

I took my last injection 2 days ago (0.5 IU to see if side effects would go down).
about 30 minutes after injection i started to feel the same sides.. I tried to ignore it, maybe it just was some paranoia / anxiety i thought..

Well i start my log from today then.

08:00 am: I wake up. Feeling kinda normal. Drinking 0.5 L water.

08:15 am: I drink 40 g cacao powder with 0.5 L water. (i saw afterwards it has like 22% fat in it.)

08:30 am: I take a long hot shower, ending it with a cold shower. 5 mins after i came out from shower im starting to feel "drained", loosing energy, getting sleepy (more in a way of feeling sick). I lay down in my bed but it doesnt feel better.

08:45 am: I go up to drink 45 g of whey-100 + eat 1 banana. I go lay down again.

09:00 am: I go up again to drink 45 g of whey-100. And i go lay down again.

10:00 am: I call health center and booking up for a phone meeting later this day.

10:30 am: I go out for a walk to the grocery store and buy some drinking water and i get back home 20 mins later.

11:30 am: I'm starting to feel a little bit better but still feeling it.. Im going to take a ride with my bike to my health center and talk to them there. I feel some kind of light pressure from my upper neck up to my head, i dont mind this feeling too much though.

For a couple years back i could get this feeling of starting to pass out, tinnitus, enormous sweating, shaking my whole body if i forget to eat for about 4.5 - 5 hours or more. And i go eat and its getting better pretty quickly. But it doesnt have the same effects today on HGH.

Someone mentioned diabetes and i also think it sounds like it. But after i experienced this a couple years ago i did some blood tests wich all came back fine.. I cant remember if i fasted/ate before i did the tests.

Im going to take this more serious this time.

My usual diet:

8:00 am: Oatmeal ( 2-3 dl + 1x tablespoon coconut oil + little bit of salt) + 40-50 g cacao powder mixed with water (for the caffeine instead of coffee, coffee makes my heart beat faster and can sometimes give me anxiety).

10:00 am: 100 g peanuts or 30 g whey-100 or a sandwich with cheese.

12:00: 140 g fish (salmon or cod) with 200 g white rice or potatoes.

3:00 pm: 100 g peanuts

6:00 pm: 30 g whey-100



My stats:

Weight: 86 kg
Length: 191 cm
Bf: Around 15%
Age: 29

Health condition:

I have epilepsy since i was 17 years old (i have it in my genes but it broke out while i abused opioids and got worsened when i used xanax) I also abused other drugs like amphetamine, cocaine and alcohol til i was 25. I've been sober for 4 years now. My epilepsy is much better now and i had my last grandmal seizure for 4 years ago while i was hungover from alcohol. I had some smaller seizures (i dont know the correct translation to english) but it feels like high voltage hits my brain for 0.5 - 1 seconds and goes back to normal til it comes back again, this can get better if i lay down and eat low carb diet and meditate. Even this is getting better with time but i feel a bit traumatized from it (getting scared when i loose control over my consciousness etc.)

I have PTSD since 5+ years ago.

Yasterday i ate 120 g marabou chocolate with before i read the answers on my other thread that i should avoid fat.. Could this have a negative impact on todays feelings?
 
you have a lot of things going on here. i think this log will help you and a lot of other people.

Yeah. I am not going to take more HGH for now.

1:00 pm: I am going for a longer walk and i start to feel OK but not as good as i want to.

2:00 pm: I go in to grocery store and buy this Swedish tobacco called "snus" and put one under my lip. I havent used tobacco for a year and it goes like 15 minutes and i start to feel like im going to pass out. I think anxiety is playing a role here too because of all the people in store (i am not socialphobic but with my previous anxiety from this probably blodsugar thing going is also affecting me ofc).

It feels like 1000 things happening in my head right now, i feel sweating starts lightly, less conscious, like im going to pass out...

Outside the store i buy 2 hot dogs, it really feels like its emergency, i need to eat right away! I ate these hotdogs and starts to feel the same as 1:00 am again.

3:20 pm: I am back home. Im going to eat 140 g cod fish + 150 g potatoes.

This "snus" tobacco doesnt use to affect me this much these days i feel fine.

I skipped going to health center today. I will go on Monday morning without eating breakfast to check my fasting blood sugar levels.
 
4:00 pm: i drink 45 g whey-100 with 1.5 tablespoon of spinachpowder. (i usally drink spinach powder 2 hours before my workout becuase it really gives me great pump at the gym, nitrates.. Like beetlepowder/juice).

2-3 minutes after im starting to feel a little bit more energized. But i still feel pretty strange though..

I have a milder headache.

I dont really feel like doing any workout today. I dont have that much energy. Feels like its better to rest today.

Tomorrow im going to work

120grams of chocolate not going to change a lot but I would suggest avoiding fat around HGH shot and eat more carbs, think oatmeal, think brown rice, think protein shake etc

So what's the culprit? Blood sugar? Seems like it to me. Have you checked a1c?
If so, you can try alpha lapoic acid, and other glucose disposal supps.
I've been there but mine was dehydration

Most HGH sides are from low blood sugar, thats not just for him like many guys have this problem
 
Ok so a few things. First as everyone else has said and is a no brainer you need to check your insulin levels. If you are diabetic and you are using HGH it can mess with your insulin sensitivity so really you need to figure that out asap.

The tinnus and other stuff I have had aniexty previously (have learned to basically how to handle and its pretty much gone at this point) so not only are you feeling sick likely due to insulin being out of whack but add in Axienty and PTSD man its a recipe to make your brain want to shut down its in such a fight or flight mode.

Honestly id stop everything (which it sounds like you did) and get checked out dont use any PEDs till you figure out your health first.

Also caffeine and nicotine dont help either....
