HGH pin timing

Stats 48 6' 270lb high teens BF(getting another scan next week)

Used AAS off and on for 25 years, always used a lower dose and longer duration approach. I'm on 200mg Test C EW TRT dose. Athletic build, (not a body builder) competed in Strongman when I was younger now mostly BJJ and mountain biking.

I'm currently on week 4 of a recomp taking the following

0.5mg Semaglutide EW
250mg Test C EW pinned EOD
250mg Tren A EW pinned EOD

Calories are in a 300cal deficiency, macros and protein are covered.

I've been wanting to include HGH into my protocol but have never dabbled into it. I intend to run 2-3 IU for as long as possible.

I generally lift first thing in the morning, at the gym by 5am. I start off with a protein shake on my way and eat a clean breakfast afterwards.

My question is the timing of the HGH in regards to my workout and food intake. Should I take it after breakfast around 7:00 a.m. or first thing in the morning? What about taking it in the evening?

I have always taken it as follows:
Gaining i would take 2-4iu after a workout.
Cutting i would take in the morning before fasted cardio. If i was doing more than 2-3iu i would split it morning and post wo or before second cardio.

@Junfan welcome to EVO and I saw you posted this on EF please stick to 1 forum

now for your cycle, you're 270lbs high 10s meaning 19%bodyfat 20% or you mean like 11%, im not sure what that number is

before we tell you to use hgh sometimes guys dont need hgh with test/tren especially with a tren boost

we also know nothing about you, can you share your cycle log in a NEW thread so we can guide you properly into using hgh on test tren

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Best thing you can do is a log journal and put up your picture so we can tell you what your body fat is
we got enough experience to tell just by looking at you
 
HGH is fine
I like to run it at least four or five months though
LOG it here
 
there is no rule with HGH
can be used at different dosages depending on what you're looking for
i think for you logging it at 2iu's is a good start

most of it out there is going to be fake
log it and we can tell you if its real
 
to get up pictures of not just yourself but also the stuff that you're using

not my style of training
i use a lot of HGH ahead of a show. up to 12Iu's even
but without a log hard to answer

Less than 2 iu either when you wake or before you sleep. 2-4 iu split between morning and night. 4+ add after workout.

For fat loss, you don’t want any amino acids or carbs or fats in your bloodstream to interfere. For bulking, doesn’t matter.
