I’m confused mate - I never trolled you on ugloz?
I have given you constructive criticism before, which with the gear load you’re running, with the little weights your lifting and the way your physique looks, does not look justified. Id rather you look after your health when you are clearly not achieving either performance or aesthetic goals.
You have talked down to literally everyone who has given you critical advice here, presenting yourself as highly knowledgeable in bodybuilding and PED use. I would suggest your results, and the information you present shows you are one of the least knowledgeable talking in here. All your photos, including your avatar which should be your best, would not even be impressive as a natty. Hell every bloke in my family who are natty’s look better than you, and that includes 60 year olds.
I’m not having a go per se, it’s just that you are throwing a lot of mud at a lot of people in here and it’s hard not to give you a wake up call. Your results are not consistent with the androgen burden you are putting your body through. It is an extremely poor example for newbies to cycling coming in here, as you present yourself as an expert.
You literally spam DM’d me, and a bunch of other newbies when we joined this forum, presenting yourself as then man in the know.
If you really have injuries that make you lift such light weights - why the androgens so high? Makes zero sense. That’s not a sensible approach. This reads more of an excuse, some one gave you the best advice before - get a coach because what you’re doing ain’t working aesthetically or performance wise.
I’ve followed
@LittleTom. and @Kurobigg’s logs. These look like people who actually have physiques commensurate with their gear use and strength to match. Perhaps one of them would be available to coach you?
Anyway not having a go, but you’ve just attacked a lot of people and I hope you hear the lessons behind what they’re saying
