2 × sets of 8 reps @ 230lbs
1 × set of 6 reps @ 190lbs
1 × set of 20 reps @ 140lbs
Barbell lunges,
2 × sets of 15 reps @ 140lbs
2 × sets of 20 reps @ 100lbs
Standing calve raisers,
4 sets for 25-30 reps per set.
Focused on deep stretch reps,all free weights.utilising full gym on Monday.
