Chest and shoulders,
Incline barbell press,
1 × set of 25 reps @ 100lbs
1 × set of 8 reps @ 200lbs
1 × set of 6 reps @ 230lbs
1 × set of 12 reps @ 180lbs
Dips of 8 reps for 3 sets
Incline dumbbell press,
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 60lbs
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 70lbs
Incline diamonds of 15 reps for 3 sets.
Shoulders,
Arnold press,
4 × sets of 8 reps @ 60lbs
Dumbbell lateral raisers,
4 × sets of 8 reps @ 44lbs.
Feeling shoulder weight,shoulder injury still gives grief,get that heavy feeling in the right delt,tightness etc.hence the low volume and moderate weight on shoulder excersize.great pump attributed to Liquid Golds excellent quality gear.

the training is good but the arnold press i honestly wouldnt do anything overheads military or arnold or anything with shoulder issues, you can work around that and still grow shoulders
