And flys give me more grief doing a couple of sets as opposed to presses.flys cook my shoulders in no time,and the high volume sets were all low reps counts as you can see.all in barbell it's only around 68 reps and around 60 for dumbbell so not huge numbers on reps.Out of I interest wondering why are you hitting a total of 20 sets of incline presses. That’s way too much volume, take some out and ad some other chest movements in especially some flys.
You say you have some issues with injuries, and niggles. Your rotator cuffs would be cooked on 20 sets of pressing.
Any physique updates ? A photo of that chest pump post workout?
