Chest & triceps;
Warm up sets as per normal,
2 sets of incline diamonds for 20 reps per set.
Working sets,
Barbell Bench Press,
4 × sets of 20 reps @ 100lbs
2 × sets of 20 reps @ 140lbs
2 × sets of 20 reps @ 160lbs
Incline dumbbell press,
6 × sets of 15 reps @ 40lbs
Tricep extension (dumbbell)
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 22lb
Close grip incline barbell press,.
2 × sets of 30 reps @ 100lbs.
Trained for a great pump today,seems like more vascularity each time I train.Which I largely attribute to Liquid Golds fantastic gear.the Anadrol really shines pre workout.happy Sunday all.
how much protein you smashing with this bro?I was planning to cap it at 12 sets and went way beyond.im sure I'm going to feel it later today or tomorrow.just smashing the protein in to heal and build.
