1st pin of all compounds this morning.plus 50mg Anadrol before training.
Chest & triceps;
Warm up sets as per normal,
2 sets of incline diamonds for 20 reps per set.
Working sets,
Barbell Bench Press,
4 × sets of 20 reps @ 100lbs
2 × sets of 20 reps @ 140lbs
2 × sets of 20 reps @ 160lbs
Incline dumbbell press,
6 × sets of 15 reps @ 40lbs
Tricep extension (dumbbell)
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 22lb
Close grip incline barbell press,.
2 × sets of 30 reps @ 100lbs.
Trained for a great pump today,seems like more vascularity each time I train.Which I largely attribute to Liquid Golds fantastic gear.the Anadrol really shines pre workout.happy Sunday all.

I was planning to cap it at 12 sets and went way beyond.im sure I'm going to feel it later today or tomorrow.just smashing the protein in to heal and build.
how much protein you smashing with this bro? ;) get that up with your strong volume with anadrol

Any new progress pics man in the natural lighting? What about 1 of u and the boys but cover his face too, im sure it woukd be nice to have some pics with the boy training,

But understand if u dnt wonna put pics of him on here, I can't wait till my girls are old enough to train with
 
gotta bump that protein up to over 200 bro ;) if you can
chicken tenders legit I get Costco bags of chicken but breast and use almond flour to bread them
Yeah I just started my calorie tracking app and will bump protein up another 80- 100 grams,

Solid bench work here brother, the other guys are finding the same with the anadrol, really shines and especially when lean.

Wow brother 80kg for 8 shoulder press after 2 set of 12 at 70 is definitely a awesome set, definitely 50mg anadrol is giving a great strength boost. Nice short and sweet intense shoulder session. I am doing similar low volume session past few weeks bit busy with tight work schedule!!!

Careful with shoulders and you mean lbs or kgs? @Seventieschild overhead presses a lot of injuries I've seen over the years, including myself lol.

Lbs bro,all my plates are in lbs,most,I have few smaller 5kg plates and couple of 25kg plates around somewhere.but set up is all lbs
