Lbs bro,all my plates are in lbs,most,I have few smaller 5kg plates and couple of 25kg plates around somewhere.but set up is all lbs

Log update, hit shoulders.
Not going to log warm up sets or warm up excersize.
Working sets,
Military barbell press,
2 × sets of 12 reps @ 70lbs
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 80lbs
1 × set @ 50lbs till failure.
Arnold press,
4 × sets of 8 reps @ 44lbs
Rear delt flys,
10kg(22lb)dumbbell
3 sets of 8 reps.
Easy peasy,love training with Liquid Gold Anadrol pre workout @50mg.
@ full.doses on all compounds now;
Pinning on Mon,Wed,Fri, Sun for stable levels and keeps oil volume manageable.

Quick update,plan was back but I trained chest.plan's fluid...
Incline barbell bench press,
2 × sets of 10 reps @ 160lbs
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 200lbs
Flat bench close grip barbell press,
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 140lbs
1 × set of 15 reps @ 100lbs
Incline dumbbell press,
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 44lbs
Incline dumbbell flys,
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 20lbs
2 × sets of dips for 6 reps.
Focus on slow reps on dumbbells.Slight incline bench is set at 5°.
Always feel good after getting it done,Liquid Gold labs Anadrol doing its thing is fantastic.looking forward to week 4-5 ,always love that mark on a cycle.

Ok,just at 3iu at night,holding a bit of fluid so far,maybee that will.subside before I up to 5iu.

i've always found it fascinating travelling how different places make pizzas different ways.

Nothing wrong with a carb loaded pizza every now and then. Carb cycling is good!

What physique shots/updates do you want ,I'm like one week into my cycle after having 2 months off training ,literally started this cycle 9 days ago,only two pins into full compounds,full doses.maybee monthly pics or 6 week mark.

Oh I thought you'd been running test for a while then started liquid gold a few weeks ago. I don't think there's anything wrong with asking to see what kind of shape you're in.
