It's not that bad as long as you're not using any refined oils.

Just the dough/pizza base is brushed with olive oil,the good oil.

Yes certainly is,my local dinos pizza,well not delivery but made at pizza shop while you wait.but yes they use olive oil n fresh ingredients.best pizza in my area.

Log update,quick leg session after work late evening.
Leisurely 10km bike ride.
Working sets,
Barbell high bar deep squat,
5 × sets for 20 reps @ 100lbs
5 × sets for 10 reps @ 160lbs
Standing calve raisers,
3 × sets for 35 reps.
Very basic session,time restricted but got it done.
As always,thanks to Evo, Liquid Gold Labs,the Anadrol can't compare,very pleased.cheers legends.
