Yeah thanks bro ,so I'm eating mostly lean meats(chicken,lamb,beef) and salads with exception for my Friday night pizza or broasters chicken,the odd splice ice block,haven't been hitting my calorie intake working in heat sort of ruins appetite some days until I finish work.i should have more fish in my diet though.@Seventieschild I can see you are on top of your game, have you modded the diet or hows that going?

The like Tuna more than salmon too. Yeah hard to catch,few places land based in eastern beaches that tuna can be caught but dangerous off the rocks and deep water shelf.tuna steaks always available at fish markets.canned tuna is fine too.The like Tuna more than salmon too. It's a bit of a mixed bag here as it has to be due to time constraints and work commitments,trying to squeeze multiple groups into each session moving forward will work better for me at the moment.

Too easy bro,most of my plates are in lbs,all old school free weights,only a few I have new that are in kgs but I've been training in lbs so long I'm used to the conversion when I need to.even on the scales I weigh myself in at lbs,all the combat sports that I follow and watch,UFC,boxing etc are in lbs so it makes sense to me.training is up broand i like you always posting in lbs lol makes it easier for us to see
i keep converting everyone on other logs from kgs in my mind and i aint no math guy haha
