Yeah thanks bro ,so I'm eating mostly lean meats(chicken,lamb,beef) and salads with exception for my Friday night pizza or broasters chicken,the odd splice ice block,haven't been hitting my calorie intake working in heat sort of ruins appetite some days until I finish work.i should have more fish in my diet though.

I have never been a fan of salmon,I like tuna,love to catch a bunch of whiting and cook up so fresh,flathead is a good fish to eat as well.need to make more time to go fishing and relax and catch the freshest ever feed
 
Up 1.5kg and a little leaner,some would be mineral and fluid retention,just over 3 weeks into this cycle.feeling good.slowly but steady gets there.

The like Tuna more than salmon too. It’s a great fish,but I don’t have a way to catch tuna, getting it all canned lol

Yeah hard to catch,few places land based in eastern beaches that tuna can be caught but dangerous off the rocks and deep water shelf.tuna steaks always available at fish markets.canned tuna is fine too.

Recomp is coming along nicely - keep pushing brother, 3 weeks in and your killing it bro, considering you had a break from training before starting this log you're doing so well and the changes you have made already are not subtle 💪💯

Barbell bench press (5° incline)
1 × set of 16 reps @ 120lbs
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 160lbs
1 × set of 16 reps @ 120lbs
Close grip barbell bench (5°)
3 × sets of 12 reps @ 100lbs
Dips for 3 × sets of 8 reps
Barbell curls,
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 50lbs
Dumbbell hammer curls,
3 sets of 6 reps @ 33lbs
Barbell shrugs,
3 × sets of 8 reps @ 200lbs.
It's a bit of a mixed bag here as it has to be due to time constraints and work commitments,trying to squeeze multiple groups into each session moving forward will work better for me at the moment.
Thanks to Liquid Gold Labs fantastic gear,50mg Anadrol daily and before training is awesome,am about one month into cycle,also being one month on Anadrol,may run for another week or 2 and reasses.did I spell that right cause it looks like re- asses...

i keep converting everyone on other logs from kgs in my mind and i aint no math guy haha

Too easy bro,most of my plates are in lbs,all old school free weights,only a few I have new that are in kgs but I've been training in lbs so long I'm used to the conversion when I need to.even on the scales I weigh myself in at lbs,all the combat sports that I follow and watch,UFC,boxing etc are in lbs so it makes sense to me.
