Would taking hgh/ Nutrabol cause tendonitis in elbows? I have golfers elbow in my left arm. Years ago I had tennis elbow in my right arm when I wAs taking hgh? This time I caught it early and it is manageable. Maybe just a condecince?

nope.. tendonitis in elbows is a common overwork injury

there are daily stretches which help stretch the forearm to take pressure off the elbows.

my favorite is extending your arm and pulling your hand backwards for 30 seconds, then the other direction same.. do 3 sets of those.

That is what I figured... doing all the daily stretches and ice... Taking 2 week's off after I get a cortisone shot in my elbow in a few weeks. I had tennis elbow in my right arm years ago and did the same trick and did not have any other issues with it.

I had tennis elbow as well. I would advise you to do some kind of soft tissue massage (with a tennis/lacrosse ball) in your forearms and triceps as well; i.e, ball against the wall. And after that some stretching as SteveSmi suggested.

If anything, nutrobal will only help with recovery, but definitely not cause tennis elbow issues. For many years I have been having some serious tennis elbow issues, which would not allow me to workout. In fact, the pain would sometimes get so intense, that I could not even open a door. During all those years nothing would help me. Then I have tried the stack of ostarine and N2Joint RX, and let me tell you that I was amazed with the results. My elbows got well rather fast, and now they feel like new. Basically, thanks to this stack I was able to start working out with full force again. Therefore, I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of this stack. Wish I knew back than that I could also stack in there some Nutrobal Mk-677 for more enhanced results - who know, maybe my recovery would go even faster.

be aware cortizone injections are a band aid. i really advise not to do this until you have exhausted all remedies. doctors simply do not understand that athletes need a functioning elbow. don't be thinking after you get it you should go and start pounding away again.

you will make the problem worse.

Cortisone is actually a stress hormone. Using cortisone occasionally is fine but it's not something you want to rely on. It's going to cause a lot of long term issues for you.

They are designed to be used as a last resort. Sort of like if an Olympic athlete got hurt 2 weeks before the Olympics and needs something to put a band aid on the problem just so they can do the event.

Nutribol helps joints. I used a two month cycle from Sarms1 and it helped my elbows and shoulder great stuff

Yeah I know the downside of the shot... I plan on taking the shot and taking 3 weeks off from everything just cardio and sit ups.. I did the same with my right elbow but had tennis elbow and it worked.. I have tried all stretches, massage, strength excersie. Chiropractor worked on it. Right now for supplement taking Turmeric, Fish Oil, will look at N2 Joint also and will keep taking Nutrabol..

Been doing some research and going to run Ostarine aka mk2866 for 4-6 weeks hopefully with Nutrabol it will greatly help any PCt required with Ostarine?

a mini-pct of hcgenerate will suffice

Try to make it be 6 weeks, as it will take roughly 2 weeks for the compounds to kick in completely. For ostarine you should be well off with just a natural testosterone booster since it has a minimal level of suppression (5-10% of the suppression seen with steroids).

Ostarine is only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of ostarine is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com
