Saturday has been and gone, got my laundry, house cleaning and food prep done.
Got a good push session in the 24/7 gym.

Incline Smith machine press x 3 sets
Hammer Strength Decline press x 3 sets
Hammer Strength Incline press x 3 set
Hammer Strength Dip Machine x 3 sets
Pec Dec x 3 sets
Cable Lateral Raises x 3 sets
Dumbbell Lateral Raises x 3 sets
Tricep Rope Pushdowns x 3 sets
Over Rope Tricep Extensions x 3 sets
Cable tricep Kickbacks x 3 sets

Had morning checkins with the coach. No changes to nutrition. Happy with progress so far. The 10ius hgh are doing wonders. Training will add in a few more cluster sets.

Leg day

Adductors x 15 reps x 3 sets
Abductors x 15 reps x 3 sets
Laying leg curls x 12 reps x 3 sets
Hack Squat x 12 reps x 3 sets last set cluster
Leg press x 12 reps x 3 sets last set cluster
Pendulum Squat x 12 reps x 3 sets last set cluster
RDL x 8 reps x 3 sets
Seated Leg Curls 15 reps x 3 sets last set dropsets
Leg Extension x 15 reps x 3 sets last set dropset.

So today went try out one of the new gyms in my area on a casual visit. The gym is impressive visual and lighting is good. But some of the equipment though looks flashy is not great to use. So today I trained chest/Delts/Triceps.

45 minutes fasted cardio

Did 4 push excerises x 3 sets
3 delt excerises x 3 sets
3 Tricep excerises x 3 sets

Still running HGH, Test, Primo, Npp, Mast.
