What areas have you made the most progress since your competition and in the last year or two?
 
So today went try out one of the new gyms in my area on a casual visit. The gym is impressive visual and lighting is good. But some of the equipment though looks flashy is not great to use. So today I trained chest/Delts/Triceps.

45 minutes fasted cardio

3 delt excerises x 3 sets
3 Tricep excerises x 3 sets
