Hi
I've always had normal blood pressure.
Yesterday my father bought a blood pressure monitoring kit and I thought I would give it a go.
It came back as 141/75 - which is way too high.
The only thing that's changed in my lifestyle, is my 3x protein supplements a day, extra calories intake and of course weight training for gains.
I try to make it "good calories" with nuts/seeds etc.
Hardly any alcohol & 1 coffee a day.
Cardio 3x30mins week.
Anyone know of any connection between high blood pressure and training/supplements?
Cheers.
