High Estrogen on 200 mg Test—Need Help with Upcoming Cycle Adjustments

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on 200 mg of Test Prop per week, split into EOD shots. Despite the relatively low dose, my estrogen levels are consistently high, but I feel fine—no typical estrogenic side effects like water retention, mood swings, or gyno.

Here are my recent abnormal blood test results:

Total Testosterone: 1067.45 ng/dL
Estradiol: 96.56 pg/mL
SHBG: 6 nmol/L
Hemoglobin: 17.9 g/dL
Hematocrit: 0.52 L/L
Triglycerides: 163.85 mg/dL
HDL Cholesterol: 0.84 mmol/L

I’m switching to Test Cypionate at 200 mg/week, still with EOD shots. I’m also adding 200 mg/week of Masteron (EOD shots), 40 mg of Anavar, and 250-500 IU of HCG for fertility.

Questions:

  1. Estrogen Management: With my estrogen already high, should I preemptively use an AI, or just monitor and adjust as needed? Any specific dosage recommendations for AIs given my history?
  2. Blood Levels: With the addition of Masteron, Anavar, and HCG, what steps should I take to bring my abnormal levels (like hemoglobin, hematocrit, and lipids) back into a better range? Any specific tips for balancing these while on this new cycle?
  3. General Advice: I’d appreciate any input on how to structure this cycle and manage potential side effects, especially from those who have had similar experiences.
Thanks in advance for your help! Looking forward to your advice and insights.

Also to note.

I am going to switch up to everyday shots for the cyp and mast

0.11ml of cyp and 0.28 mast to help with the e2 fluctuations and low shbg potentially.

Also 100 iu of hcg 3x a week.
@Enhancedguy can you please post your labs with ranges too, that would help to see original labs

and hows the log? i see you updating , would like to see you play the old log into the new one :)

q/a
if you feel no e2 doesnt mean your body is not feeling it, high e2 causes long term damage to organs.
1) you should use Ai aromasin eod to get e2 down
2) hard to say, a lot of RBC related bloods like hemo etc are diet related, quiet a bit, we would need to load balance that
3) is this cycle test/mast/var yours? or your coach? thats a different approach
if yours we can cut it down a bit, if from coach its a bit harder as you not getting 1 set of directions

high estrogen will eventually bring problems so balance it

as far as #2 question you need to realize on steroids things will get out of whack. that is why we cycle them. You want the numbers to normalize when you come off

For sure...so you recommend an AI? Why are so many ppl against ai? My coach said don't use them...

sometimes people are against using an AI because they want you to gain a lot of weight
this way you hire them again

I don't think on here many people recommend not using an AI
the risks outweigh the benefits

1 of the big problems with estrogen is the water retention
you you'll end up looking like a bloated fish

you can end up with high blood pressure insomnia
these are normal problems when you have high estrogen

I honestly don't know who says not to use an AI
can you give me an example of that

bros if you're only doing 200 mg of testosterone you probably won't need an AI
that might be why your coach is saying no
but your blood work if it has high estrogen then you definitely yes you need or lower your testosterone dose
