Hi Lads,

just a random thought i had, figured we have a lot of anecdotal evidence on board haha,

what is the highest you have run gh and what results have you seen the higher you have gone? even a comparison like, 2 iu felt good 4iu better etc.

keen to see everyones results :)
 
I using 10ius of HGH from @Liquid Gold Labs at the moment before bed. This is my personal choice to run this amount for my goals. And it works amazingly 💪💪💪. With good training/diet and Peds.

We are all different and respond differently. I've run very high amounts and low to moderate amounts. Both have their benefits and drawbacks. How much/little you take depends on your goals, how you respond to GH and how much money you want to spend. For the average guy taking more than 4-6iu/day is not necessary. If your heavily muscled on an advanced protocol than that's a different story.
If your trying to do something specific spell it out so we can help. A generic post will get generic replies.
 
At best it's a 'what's out there' kinda reply. I've written on how one MrA (and former Gold's Gym owner) claims to have gone as high as 10000mg of test per week. Never won the Mr. But most here shouldn't really exceed 1000mg max. Knowing what X does doesn't help you. It's why we ask for logs to help you. It's not Guinness world records of PED use lol

@Oracle911 I've done up to 12 IUs bro even I think 15Ius at some point
but didnt see the best results at highest doses, best I felt around 4 IUs with insulin when I was prepping
if you check @SFDom415 log he had pharma hgh from doctor and was pinning 18IUs per day 1 vial highest ive seen and he's just a gym bro not a bodybuilder
genetics really matters with hgh bro REALLY big time

most i have done is 3.3iu's per day.. this was in my mid 30's. i would say it helped me lean up a bit, slept harder and had a boost in appetite, but wasn't anything that blew me away for the price. i think unless you are competing or are 50+ it isn't gonna give you the value that AAS will
 
I have only done 5iu but will do 10iu this whole year. Most guys I know chasing pro cards or have pro cards operate around 8-15 iu
yeah thats pretty much what i was thinking, im going to be on 5iu for the rest of this year, but anyone i know personally that is large is normally 10iu minimum generic or 8iu pharm daily,

just interesting to see the extremes like Roman Fritz has done 36iu of genos per day for a bit with increlex, always crazy seeing the top top haha

As most others have said, genetics and how you respond is the only answer to this.
You’ll see guys doin 10,15,20 iu per day, but others can’t handle 5-6iu
Anything over 2iu which in theory is pretty well replacement dose of gh will yield good benifit imo, and every 1iu there after is significant if you have a good source of gh.

some other things to consider here are body composition too I’ve ran 6iu in preps and been fine but off-season can barely stay awake during the day to a point it basically hinders performance and drives bgl through the roof too.

Not only person specific but phase specific too.

When I was competing, I was using as much as I could afford.
Unfortunately, that's what you have to do.
 
The growth hormone. I've never ran it before at high amounts, just small amounts at a time.
 
Can't really afford to run very much of it.

I've only done it a couple times, it was okay.
