Hilma pharma (hilma biocare) major screwup with order

I made my order with hilma pharma 4 weeks ago. They shipped out within a few days which is good. But when I got my package I was very disappointed. The products I got were not what I ordered.
I had ordered primo and anavar. But they shipped me EQ and deca. Lol. How do you screw that up. Also they shipped to my neighbors address cause they mixed up the address #. Luckily he saw my name on it otherwise it would have been an issue.
When I reached out to them they accused me of lying and said I was just trying to get free gear. This is the type of source they are so screw them I won’t use them again

nothing against hilma but a few infections that I saw from them makes me worried
