How do oral steroids effect the kidneys?

So I know that there is something called 17 Alpha alkalization where if you take an oral steroid it will bypass the liver and strain it. I've had numbers where my liver numbers were out of whack when I run things like anavar or superdrol
but I've also Run cycles where my numbers have been normal
my question is do these steroids also hit the kidneys as well as the liver or is the liver just the organ you should be concerned about?

The liver is the main one but PEDs do affect other organs (as does training and the more extreme diets). Hence N2Guard

A secondary concern(but just as important) is that orals like dbol/superdrol could raise BP. This will also put a great deal of strain on the kidneys. Make sure you are using N2Guard to help protect the kidneys and def watch your BP.

Anavar is also metabolised through the kidney,hence safer on the liver,as far as I know this is the only oral that has this trait,though all orals are liver toxic,sone more so,as I understand they pass through the liver multiple times to fully metabolise, if that's the correct word to use, thus causing a lot of strain on the liver,you should always run organ support,I'm one to talk,lol,in all seriousness imo orals have a very limited use,serve a specific purpose,gym bros really don't need them,not in every cycle anyways.in saying all that,all steroids will negatively impact the kidneys and liver.as will any other substance we may use.

oral steroids absolutely negatively effect your kidney values... ive had some pretty high numbers from them in the past and i have analyzed countless blood panels that show mild to pretty significant damage caused... you absolutely need to be aware and concerned with them hurting your kidneys

kidneys have to filter the urea and the steroid chemicals out thats why we suggest n2guard for kidney and organ support, it's not a joke

They all have some effect. 17aa are the worst dbol anadrol winny

the oral steroids anadrol and dianabol hit the kidneys the hardest in terms of orals. drinking plenty of water and keeping the duration short are key. also you should never stack orals...obviously. anavar is the only oral i mess with anymore. not saying im never touching the others ever again tho.
