Looking to use sarms and train my legs harder
want them to grow. I’m not pleased with the progress I’m making.
I’m tall. 6’5’’ 175 pounds. Lean legs not much size to them and 23 years old.
Which sarms would work best? A friend recommended I go with s23 and rad. He said that yk11 was also a must. If I run those 3 how would you train the legs? Should I squat dailY?
I would suggest putting as many hours a week in the gym training legs, they're a big muscle group so they're hard to fatigue like back, so you gotta really put those hours in.
