how long to run tren acetate?

hi friends, want to run a trenbolone only cycle and was wondering what can be the best cycle: 8 weeks@75mg eod or 100mg eod for 6 weeks or 75mg ed for 10 weeks?? also, would it be better to do tren 75mg eod for 8-10 weeks with test prop 100mg eod?? what will be the best thing for me? my stats 29, 170lbs, and 5'8". been hitting the gym regularly since the last 8 years. eat clean and heavy but cannot gain weight for reasons best unknown to me :(
 
Yes, you are looking to put on Weight. You will need some Test P, another short Ester. The shorter that you keep the cycle, the risk of any sides goes down. You still need to pay attention to what your Body's telling you.
 
75 EOD for 6-8 weeks is a good start, but I would run at least 200mg of test per week with it. Also make sure you are eating enough for the gains
 
Depends on how you react to the compound , many bro's will suggest to keeping tren ace to 6-8 weeks and then discontinue the aas.
IMO ,it's all in how your body reacts. Get blood work done ,and see if there are any problems, if so than discontinue ,if not than run it 10 weeks.
Personally from my past experiences with "Tren ace" , I have had 3 runs with the compound. ED injections IMO will keep the sides down ,dosage should start out low and should be bumped up, depending on how you react .
Duration of the compound IMO should be kept in the recommended range of 6-8 weeks but again its all up to the user and how they react to it. If anyone can run Tren ace past 10 weeks, they are a "God" ...............................AnalogMan

post up a typical day's diet and I'll tell you the problem.

9am: McDonalds double QP + 2 fries
11am: 12 inch double meat sub
3pm: 60gram protein shake
5pm: 60gram protein shake
7pm: 12oz. ny steak + big baked potato
 
I have one question, where's your body fat with this diet, you got a lot of bad saturated fat, definitely got a shit load of trans-fats. I don't know what's in your shakes. The only thing that I see on your diet, that's any good is the steak (maybe the protein shake). Potatoes OK (post-workout), not 3 servings a day.
You might be bulking-up, but what % is muscle and what % is fat.
What's your Body-Fat % right now.............................................................................jp

Wow im sorry bro but how come you think you going to gain weitgh with a diet like that???? That not health food the key for succes in this game is your diet,you only eat 3 meals and i personaly i don't count the protein shake

I believe that I have to agree. I mean when I was that age, I could put on weight easily (mesomorph), but I still needed to watch the Macros (needed balance).
This guy's doing the "Trash Can Diet", and that's what he'll wind up looking like. A waste of a descent run........................................jp

Apparently you and everyone else have different definitions of "eating clean" and "doing great"

Also, I didn't think McDonald's served burgers before 10:30am? Isn't it breakfast only? Or is it just that you cannot get breakfast after 10:30am? I don't know. Usually the only reason I go to McDonald's is if I am traveling and starving and need something fast, or if the kids are whining for it. Basically it's not very damn often.
