how many steps do you take a day?

I average 12,000 steps a day.

I recently downloaded a pedometer app to see how many steps I take during the day.

I know it won't be very accurate, but it's just to get an idea.

I have a sedentary job, in front of the pc, and as soon as I have the opportunity, I take advantage of it to go out for a walk with the dogs.

I've never loved being on a treadmill. I prefer to go out and be outdoors.

I average 14500-16500 usually top 2%....I try and hit 20k if I can. got to 24k yesterday....I want to average 18k a day.....

If you get to an average of 17500 you get to the top 1% I do Know that

I try to get over 15K, just depends on the day. I will take breaks during the day and go for a short walk.
Also, depends on weather, rain, etc.
When not in prep mode, I try for 10K.

Yes and some of these have their setting on high
