for keeping estrogen side effects away from a testosterone Enanthate cycle at 250mg per week shot weekly every Monday. What is a good dose of proviron to use, or do I need a stronger Anti-Estrogen like armistane in Liquidex AI. I'm covering my bases keeping suppression at bay with hcgenerate, but hcgen is not an anti estrogen and so I still need something for this purpose anyway. I'm not sure if proviron is even strong enough and if I end up taking a high dose of proviron I will need to use N2Guard for liver support, so keeping the proviron dose on the low side is crucial I think.

I think you are blending the words aromasin and exemestane into "arimistane." Although 250mg is a low dose, and shouldn't give you many problems, I'd rather run the aromasin to keep the estrogen under control. You won't need much aromasin at that test dose.
You need a stronger AI then proviron. Proviron has mild AI effects, but not near strong enough to prevent exogenous testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen.
Proviron by itself doesn't need an AI but adding proviron to a cycle of testosterone isn't sufficient for an AI. Add in liquidex AI from n2bm.com at 1/2 the recommended dosage.

Proviron is actually not liver toxic. It is one of the few oral steroids that isn't carbon 17 alpha alkylated.

some guys can get away with just proviron but this is 2016 bro, we have access to amazing AI's these days so you need to take advantage.
I can tell you myself as someone who is gyno prone there is no way I could get away with just proviron! aromasin from day 1 is your key, plus it does boost IGF-1 25%

I would not rely on Proviron as your AI. While it does have some AI properties, it is not worth taking the risk of gyno when you can get legit Aromasin. I agree with Muskate on taking half the dose.
While Proviron does have anti-estrogen effects, they are not strong enough to be a good cycle support when using aromatizing compounds, such as testosterone. The best choice of AI would be aromasin - it will not let the estrogen rebound to happen, and it will improve your lipids, and finally it will increase IGF-1 levels by up to 25%. Also, HCGenerate is very good for increasing test levels, but it will not prevent suppression with testosterone, so you will still need a PCT. Finally, you can still use Proviron on cycle at 25-50 mgs per day, as it is very beneficial too, and it will not add any side effects or suppression.

Hey man, only bloodwork can tell you this. I know for a fact that some people could easily get away with using 50mg proviron a day on only 250mg test a week. Me personally, I ran proviron at 50mg Ed and aromason at 12.5mg twice a week. Two weeks later my knees and elbows and fingers were aching due to my joints drying out from lower estrogen. It wasn't terrible but enough to get me to raise my test dosage for a week in an attempt to INCREASE aromatization. The next two weeks I dropped the aromasin completely until I felt better (joints stopped hurting).
On the flip side, other people are very unlucky and can get bad estrogenic side effects with very little steroids.
You should never rely on a drug like proviron to control estrogen, you should rely on an AI and the values on your blood work. Female hormone panel is cheap and it goes a long way.
