5’6’’ 28 years old. Training hard for the past year. But training for 10 years overall off/on. 165 pounds, I’ve actually put on 20 lb over the past year but I have plateaued so I’m looking to push myself a little more.
I’m currently benching 245 lbs I would like to bulk up and get bigger.
Looking to stack some deca and sustanon. Heard this one works great. I’m gonna be eating six meals a day. Should I just do 500 mg of each? And go 12 weeks?
