how to bulk and then cut down?

I’m 24 years old, 5’9’’ 179 pounds
I’m always seeing professional bodybuilders bulk up in the offseason and then cut into their competitions
is there a particular reason why they always do it that way? And how do I manage to use my steroids for that purpose?
I’m speculating on using sustanon and deca to bulk up for 12 weeks. Then cut down for 12 weeks on tren, masteron, and maybe some EQ or winstrol going into a competition next spring
would this work for me? Monstro help me out bro

you're young for steroids if you ask me especially for trenbolone

but if you want to listen to someone @MONSTRO is hardcore I wouldnt use him advice

you can bulk on sustanon and dbol
and cut on test prop and masteron and anavar
 
it's important not to worry about what professional bodybuilders do
they are on so many different things and it's completely ridiculous to even copy their strategy

just focus on being healthy year-round and looking good
 
it makes no difference because at your age, the last thing you should be considering or even thinking about is steroid use
 
the key with steroid use as a young guy is doing it right
ugfreak.to has real steroids that's where you should start when you turn 25

I train a lot of guys, more than most
i want you on tren +masteron. 500mgs each. start there and report back
 
you are much too young for steroids in my opinion
 
I would get on something like testosterone Plus Primo as a first cycle

I don't see the problem with deca to be honest a pretty mild steroid
 
Whether or not you go through with using PEDs, if you plan on bulking and cutting, you need to have a concise plan for the whole thing. This means diet and training are planned very well to facilitate the goal in question.

Step one is to accurately calculate your BMR, you need to know your activity and stress level to do it properly or you’ll make the same mistake I did recently and drastically underestimate your required calories, you can’t cut them down too far. Same goes with the bulk, you can’t eat too much extra, the deficit for a cut needs to be small and consistent over time with your activity level.
Definitely take some time to learn how the vertical diet works, is the best diet for bulking I’ve ever seen.
I’d say for a cut, if you are training regularly etc, a 500 calorie deficit is great. For the bulk, I think about the same but in excess, so 500 calories extra and again with appropriate training.
I have no experience bulking on steroids and I suspect the lads here can better advise the amount of calories for the excess, I’m pretty certain that could be higher than 500 but I don’t know for sure.
