How to calm central nervous system on cycle?

Whenever I run Tren or sometimes even Dbol, my body gets hyper productive and everything shoots up(blood pressure, heart rate, overall stress). To the point of where I can’t even workout because my heart is pounding. Would you guys know anything that would help with this? I was thinking maybe weed would help?!

I would suggest donating blood if you can.

Agree. Needs to get body condition better more cardio. I don’t get much changes in blood pressure on or off cycle. I do cardio everyday for heart health and well-being.

Or just Don't use these compounds there are other choices.

@TheMassMonster well that might happen thats normal just calm down, and what happened to your LOG? you said you would start one.

Are you taking meds to control BP on cycle?

Telmisartan?

For calming the nervous system beta blockers like propanalol are great. They also help with BP
 
Leading up to the cycle you need to get in a ton of cardio and get into top shape

are we dropping dead? Not a single Portuguese bodybuilder has died it's always Americans who killed themselves
 
try meditating it really helps relax you
 
the time of the day your body calms down is while you are sleeping that's what you have to work on
 
Also diet is important what is your daily diet like we have to be eating healthy foods that don't stress our body out
