How to calm your mind when on steroids?

I been on TRT for about 2.5 years now. I'm 37 y/o

Started blasting and cruising after my first year of TRT.


I love how I feel now but lately I have been having the hardest
time calming my mind at bed time. I feel like having high normal
Test levels could be keeping me up?

Body is dead tired at the end of the day but mind is still
racing. I do own several businesses and so I'm always in work
Mode. And need to disconnect from all that.

At the end of the day....I feel like I need something to
to take the edge off.. Something to let my Mind relax..

I don't drink, but was contemplating trying weed for the first time.

My wife suggested pot brownies?

Any ideas?

Like me I have 2 businesses and 1 is stressful. Have you tried meditation or Yoga?
 
May I recommend some fine herb and a warm shower.
I also have a business and am in the middle of opening a second,actually have a inspection tomorrow so all see how it goes.
A lil herb always does the trick for me.I get a bit of anxiety directly after smoking if the herb is fire but it wears off and leaves me in a great mood and ready to pass out.
Being self employed can be very stress flu I feel ya completely.
 
If you care about your productivity don't do weed. You need a relaxing hobby that you enjoy. Yoga, golf, meditation, gardening, fishing etc, something that lets you loosen up.

When you are about to blow up just take a deep breath and remember that things are often not as bad as they seem, just take time to think things through.
 
I am running tren ace/ test cyp (2:1 ratio) and have been experiencing many stressful moments, especially upon attempting to fall asleep.

Buy some phenibut f.a.a. from liftmode.com and put some under your tongue a couple hours before bed. Attaches to the gaba B channel rather than the gaba A like benzodiazapines do. Its a true life saver. Im also supplementing about 2000 mgs of mucuna pruriens for its L-Dopa content so this combo is quite amazing. Im also just a very happy and peaceful guy from the get go and practice silence meditation via no speakers hooked up in my car :D

Yes I'm on Dr rx TRT

Normally I take 200/mg a week of test E

But he switched me to 100mg/EOD of Test prop
About 2 months ago.

I get massages once a month.

But I need something on the D A I L Y

When it gets too crazy for me, I usually try to see a late night movie
At the theater by myself after the wife goes to sleep.

Something loud and in 3d seems to work best at letting me forget
About real life.

But I need a better fix, I can't be sneaking out and watching movies every night lol

I did take ambient about 11 years ago for sleep but that shit made me hallucinate like crazy.
 
If anything, healthy Test levels will allow you to sleep better. Tren is a differnt story. Sounds like its not steroid related but stress and racing thoughts due to having a lot going on. We have all been there.
 
Sex works for me... I sleep like a baby afterwards... Probably not a good analogy haha
 
I have had Similar Issues over the years.
The one thing that I have found that Works every-time, and is easy to do anywhere.
Visual Meditation - there are 3 Basic Types - 1 for every Situation

There is a Preliminary Technique to get you used to what you need to do.

Then there is the "Subjective Visual Meditation" - this is my Personal Favorite, as it can be done Anytime/Anywhere.
You just Close your Eyes and Focus on either an Object or a Place.
I like to Focus on the Beach during the Summer.

Then there is the "Objective Visual Meditation" - this Requires an Object to Focus on.

All these Forms are Extremely Good for "Reducing Blood Pressure" - "Relieving Pain" - "Relaxing your Mind"..................... JP

I have used the Subjective Visual Form to Relieve Chronic Pain for over 20 years.
Beats the Hell out of Opiates !!!

After doing this for just a couple of Weeks, I can now Fall Asleep whenever I need to.
I have the same Issue as you, my Mind is Always Racing, for whatever reason.
This will Help you Focus your Mind, and have it do what you Need it to do, Not what it wants to do.

Meditation is for calming the mind. 20 min a day will give results.

Also have you tried kava root tea or extract?

When i meditate i concentrate on the breath and count them mentally as i exhale. If your mind wanders just let thoughts come and go, then go back to breath.
 
1. give blood
2. lower your dose
3. you better make sure your estrogen is in check otherwise lower dose/run AI.. excess water weight is a domino effect
4. yoga/meditation
5. stay the fuck away from caffeine or other stims.. your PWO probably has caffeine, it belongs in the trash
6. don't workout too late in the day
7. get a pet
8. get something like n2guard which has natural herbs, not mary jane
