many bodybuilders develop gyno and don’t even know it, they have a mass of fat under their nipple and it will show when they move around, but it doesn’t seem like guys are doing anything about it. Like this Rich Piana guy with his gynecomastia on his you tube channel, why doesn’t a dude like that just use some anti estrogens to get rid of it, or is surgery the only way once they get as large as his? How do you get rid of gyno from steroid use without having to get surgery?

I have wondered this myself, I don't have this issue myself just see it a lot I'm interested in this answer myself....

The above mentioned anti-gyno protocol is going to be your best bet before considering a surgery. Just make sure to run it to the letter exactly as it is written there, and finish it to the end. Many guys will do the mistake of ending the protocl the moment they see improvements, which is a wrong thing to do if you want sustainable results and don't want the gyno to return.

some people have this problem some do not

you should always use anastrozol if you are sensitive, letrozole is stronger but it has side effects

You need to run this...http://www.evolutionary.org/anti-gynecomastia-cure-version-3
Everything is available at ag-guys.com, needtobuildmuscle.com, and sarms1.com
If it doesn't work, then surgery would be your next move.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Run the protocol exactly as it is laid out. Don't make the mistake of stopping the protocol early even if some of your symptoms start to diminish.

The only optional compound in the protocol is cardarine. You can remove it from the protocol if you are trying to save some money.

This a problem I have experienced personally. Before gear, when I hit puberty I had mild, natural gyno, which surpassed with the years. The funny thing is, "real gear" never exacerbated the gyno. However, remember those over the counter pro hormones? I ran some of that as a dumb college kid and it gave me nasty gyno. Now, from my experience, and from doing independent research, my understanding is that once the tissue mass forms, it cannot be reversed; the only option is to remove the mass. There is nothing out there on the market that will shrink unneeded breast tissue once it has been created. I've had gyno for the past 6-7 years and nothing works. I just deal with it as it seems I tend to think it's worse than it really is. However, if I want to eradicate it, the only option is gyno surgery, which is similar to breast reduction surgery, where they have to physically remove the mass (excess breast tissue created during hormonal imbalance).

Sorry about his post as it doesn't give you much hope once you're gyno has progressed to a certain level, but I'm just being real and, apparently, that's what EVO is all about, right? Thanks for reading...

My boyfriend has battled this for years... he came a across a few supplements that helped a lot on top of dieting and working out.
