how to run tren and deca in a stack

32 years old and I’m 216 pounds and five foot ten inches.
I’ve done five Cycles so far and I’ve had pretty good results overall I put on a net of 25 pounds. Feel like I’ve hit a plateau even when I use steroids at this point as my last cycle I wasn’t able to put on much more than a couple pounds.
Looking to do a hardcore stack with tren and deca.
Just need help with those seeing if you’re going to use them together and will I need to use an oral with them is that something you recommend?

tren and deca is a no go, dont use 2 progestins not a good idea

personally i think its fine
500 mg test c / wk
75 mg tren a eod
100 mg deca/wk (i know this dose is low but youd be surprised)
p5p for prolactin (aromasin for e2 if necessary)

stay away from orals imo. they wont get you to the goal faster and are much more harmful than the injections.

tren and deca is a very advanced bulking and strength stack
people are scared of it for reasons i have no clue.. you are combining a harsh steroid with a mild one. it is a no brainer

you should use 2 things with it. 1. n2guard of course and 2. proviron

run it like this:

tren 250mgs
deca 300mgs
test 200mgs

test 200mgs is too low. i would raise the test to 300mgs

do some NPP and tren ace instead
in and out of your system quicker

do tren 200mgs with it

Yes most cyles run 200mg npp with 70mg tren a, find it works great for myself

if you are barely adding anything size on cycle then you need to take a deep look at your diet and training discipline and consistency as well as the quality of what you are using..
