how to set new PR’s with steroids

so I set a new personal record for bench press. I squeezed out three plates for one rep six months ago while I was on tren and test. Was doing 250mgs of each or so.
After the cycle my strength dropped quite drastically and I went back down to being able to max out I only 280 pounds.
Was wondering which steroids I can use this time to set new PR’s. My goal is 350 pounds next.
I’m 27 years old and 178 pounds and 5’9’’ .. stock build
 
What was your pre-cycle max?

You will NOT go from 315lbs (3 per side) to 350lbs if you slipped all the way back

Key is to have a new base limit and keep it there.

Let's say you old off cycle PB was that 280lbs (as seems to be be case). It should be at least 285-290lbs or else you made ZERO progress. If then, when you go back on, you'll do at least 320-325lbs the next time around.

Back off to circa 260lbs and work over the next few weeks to hitting multiples (2's and 3's) with that. Same again at 265... 270 and so on. In about 8 weeks or less I'd expect to see 280lbs for multiple singles if not a couple of sets of doubles (2's). That'll raise you one rep max to at LEAST 285lbs or more (say week 9).

Then go back on cycle. Use the same approach (cos you KNOW it's been working) and you'll end the cycle doing 2-3 x 2 reps with 315lbs for as 1RM of 325-335lbs approx

Agree with everything @Mobster said.
What are you hitting for 5 or 6 reps? You need to build that up before looking at higher PR.
Going from 315 to 350 is a huge jump.
Don’t rush it and get hurt.
 
Yep you need to do a 5x5 program to build your strength up. That way you can taper down the last few weeks for a peak.
 
well i hit PR's in strength both times on tren. it is the best steroid hands down for strength

you can go there without trenbolone
test only is enough to get stronger
 
if you don't care about how much you weigh then hop on a bunch of steroids why not

Halo is very good for strength and size too
 
tren is very harsh but it works !
